The staff were very lovely, but the bar staff seemed extra rude and definitely in need of training. the reception took over an hour to check in, which is just unacceptable. I would habe expected at least a complimentary drink or a room upgrade for my inconveniences. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

We had a wonderful time with stunning gardens and views, and the kids loved the pool activities, though the buffet got a bit chaotic at times.

The beach area is stunning for snorkeling, and the vibrant entertainment team made our stay lovely with fun activities! The Greek restaurant had mouthwatering dishes, and we enjoyed nightly themed entertainment with engaging performances.

The gardens are stunningly maintained, bursting with vibrant flowers that create a serene atmosphere for relaxation. I absolutely loved how the two private beaches offered completely different experiences, one for sandy bliss and the other for exciting snorkeling! The entertainment staff are a total dream team. they kept the energy high and engaged everyone with their fun games and evening shows.

The room had a large balcony with a sea view, comfy beds, and a clean private bathroom. The buffet featured themed nights like Asian and Mediterranean, with breakfast serving fresh fruit and eggs to order. Great kids' pool and friendly entertainment staff made it fun. Clean, well-kept grounds and easy bus access to town added to the enjoyment.

The food was DELICIOUS. room service was prompt. beautifully landscaped gardens added to the experience. kids loved the beach access and the variety of activities!

Room quality inconsistent with expectations!!! Glass door design for pool toilets is utterly unacceptable!!! More sun loungers needed during peak times!!! No air conditioning in communal areas left us uncomfortable!!! Poor quality drinks in plastic cups!!!

It was just a fine choice for a short weekend trip in Kardamena with great value. The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly strong, making for a refreshing start to the day.
